For people who would rather suffer the pain of a toothache than visit a dental office, or for those who have serious anxiety about visiting a dentist, our Kemptville and Kanata dental clinics offer sedation dentistry. Sedation dentistry is used to help patients feel at ease during more intensive procedures.

Not all dentists have the training to use deep sedation to help patients relax, but our dental clinics in Kemptville and Kanata offer sedation for those patients who require wisdom teeth extractions or surgical removal of teeth.

If you think sedation dentistry would help you on your visit, call our offices or fill out our online form to inquire about this service.

Yes! Our Kanata & Kemptville dental clinics are family-friendly. If you are coming in with your children for a teeth cleaning, we offer snacks to young ones while they wait. We are also experienced at providing quality dental services and easing the anxiety of even our youngest patients.

Our dental clinics offer same-day appointments for Ontario residents. Whether you’re experiencing serious tooth pain, or you’ve chipped or broken a tooth, it’s important you get in touch with us as soon as you realize you need to make an emergency visit to the dentist. Visit our Emergency Dentistry page to learn more.

We recommend that, as soon as you see teeth, you bring your child in for a cleaning and to make sure their teeth are strong and healthy. That means that your child should have visited the dentist at least once by their first birthday!

We recommend a standard cleaning service and checkup every six months. If you are experiencing severe tooth pain or bleeding in your mouth, it may be necessary to schedule an emergency dentist appointment.

Yes! We provide a take-home teeth whitening kit. Patients must first complete an exam, X-rays and cleaning at regular fees (for new patients) in order to receive the teeth whitening kit. Please inquire about details.

Yes! A topical fluoride treatment helps prevent cavities and strengthen tooth enamel while reducing tooth sensitivity, something that is especially important for adults with gum recession and a potential risk for tooth decay. It may not be necessary if your mouth is in good shape, but it provides many preventative benefits for the majority of adult mouths.
